Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords Helps Homeowners at Risk of Foreclosure

U.S. Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords (shown at right) greeted Tucson constituents yesterday at Safeway in Rita Ranch (Tucson). She answered questions about veterans, energy, and tax relief. We will explore her positions on legislative solutions to the housing crisis in the weeks ahead.

In the meantime, The Congresswoman invites homeowners at risk of losing their home to call her Tucson 520-882-3588 or Cochise County 520-459-3115 offices for help. She suggests that homeowners also contact HOPE NOW, a cooperative effort between counselors, investors, and lenders to maximize outreach to homeowners in distress at 1-888-HOPE-NOW or http://www.HopeNow.com.
